First International Vice President – Ally Dr. B.S Tomar
Born on full moon day of Shravan Purnima, the auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan (officially 1st January) in a small village Doohri of Present Distt Hapur of (U.P.). After early education from home town Pilkhuwa, topped the Meerut University (now Chaudhary Charan Singh University) in Master of Science (Physics) and after getting M.Phil Degree from same University, did his PhD from Magadh University, BodhGaya. Commonwealth Vocational University awarded Dr Tomar D.Litt. (Doctor of Literature) honoris causa and Life Time Achievement Award for the extraordinary contribution in the field of Skill Development & employment generation.
In the age of 22 years, appointed as Lecturer in SD PG College Muzaffarnagar, Worked in Post Graduate Deptt of Physics in various colleges and finally as Asstt Professor in Meerut. He was very popular and many time honored as the best teacher. During teaching career Dr Tomar founded and established an organization and started Vocational Training Provider Institute (ITI) in Hapur, now acclaimed as the biggest ITI group of India & best as per the grading by different grading agencies, so far trained more than 5 lakhs students in different trades and got jobs here in India and abroad. Dr Tomar has the privilege of being founder President of many ITI Management Associations of U.P. & Presently is the National Chairman of All India ITIs Association having 16000+ ITIs at PAN India Level & Chief Patron of Chamber of Technical Institutions of India (CITI).
Dr Tomar has happily married with Anita Tomar, a very active Ally member presently Vice Multiple Council Chairmam- North, son Er Abhishek Tomar B.Tech, MBA & MS from University of Limerick Ireland, Daughter Aakanksha has done PhD in Psychology & working as Asstt. Professor in Christ University, In the journey ofAllianism from joined in 2012-13 as VDG elevated as DG, MCS, ICC, ID, Int. Jt. Sec., Int. PRO and presently working as Vice Multiple Council Chairmam - North, dedicated for social Service & service of humanity with mission statement "Service i humanity is the true worship of God" & "The best way to find yourself is to loj in the service of others."
Secind International Vice President – Ally K Rajeshwar Rao
Ally K. Rajeswar Rao was born on 26th January 1956 to late Sri Rama
Rao garu & Smt. Ranganayakamma garu in Visakhapatnam. After his early
education in CBM high School & AVN College he did his Post Graduation in
Applied mathematics from Andhra University. Visakhapatnam and later he did
Post Graduate Diploma in Statics and IRPM, Andhra University, VSP, MBA
(Marketing) from Annamalai University. Later he completed PG Diploma in
Jyothisha Visarada.
He joined in Girijan Cooperative Corporation Limited, an undertaking of
Govt of Andhra Pradesh, and worked in various capacities in Tribal areas of
Andhra Pradesh and served as GM Marketing & Administration and retired
from Service. During his service he introduced Retail Marketing in AP Girijan
Corporalion. He strived hard to keep the GCC on world map by exporting
organic and natural forest products to Germany. Malaysia and USA.
Presently his services are being utlized as consultant for natural products
to GCC limited from 2021. Started his business M/s. Raamson Enterprises,
Visakhapatnam in Solar Power Systems.
He joined Lionism during 2009 in Lions Club, Visakhapatnam. He served
as Secretary in 2009 - 2010, President 2014 - 2015, ZC 2015 - 2016,
RC 2017-2018, he conducted many blood donation camps, Eye camps and
also distributed Homeo Medicines for the prevention of Swine Flu at free of
cost to 51000 people. As president of Lions Club, he started Women
Empowerment project to train the women in saree painting, tailoring, mehandi,
beutician courses etc.. He received "Best President Award" during 2015 from
District 316A. During 2015-16 as Regional Chairman he got the " Governors
Award " for Best Region Chairman for the year 2018-19.
He joined in Alliance Clubs International Dist. 105, Alliance Club North
East and served as VDG2 2019-20, VDG1 2020-21. Also he served as South
Multiple Council Secretary during 2020-21. Ally. B.T. Raju, then International
President encouraged by selecting him as Chief Editor for Dist. Directory
2019-20, South multiple directory 2020-21 and as Chief Editor for International
Directory 2020-21. He received many awards of Excellence. He was awarded
the LEADER OF THE YEAR for 2020-2021.
During the year 2021-22 as Dist. Governor 105 he could enroll 60 LMFs
and got "Ambassdor of Goodwill Award", the highest Award in AACI. Presently
he is serving AACI as International Secretary (2022-2023).

His daughter is PSLF LMF Ally Dr.K.Kuralezhil, She has completed her B.H.M.S., practiced homeopathy, and completed a PG degree in Clinical Cosmetology(IFFAC) at ILACAD Institute, Mumbai and works as Senior Consultant in Sukira Aesthetics Multi Specialty Clinic, Chennai.
