Ally Er. Bala Gangadhara Shastry was born on 26th August 1967 at karimnagar of Telangana state.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION: :
He completed his school & Jr. College studies at karimnagar. He obtained his B.E Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Mysore in 1987 and PG in Urban & Regional Planning from CEPT University Ahmedabad in 1991. Degree in Law from Kakatiya University 1996. M.Sc (Real Estate Valuation). MSW Master of Acupuncture and MBA. Honorary Doctorate by Prestigious MAryland I.T University USA.

CAREER IN LIONISM:
He joined Loin in the year 2008-09 as Charter President of Lion CLub of Karimnagar - KAMAN. "He is a MJF". He was best region chair oerson during 2014-15.

CAREER IN AACI: He joined AACI in 2015-16 as charter member in Alliance Club of Karimnagar - KAMADHENU of District 137. He was the charter 1st Vice District Governor for 2015-16, District Governor for the year 2016-17. He was declared as "ALLIANCE AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL" by Ally Anup Mittal the then International President. He became "PSLF" and "LIFE MEMBER" of AACI. He sponsored Alliance Districts at Siddipet (162), Hyderabad (200) Hyderabad (235), Coimbatore (250), Hanamkonda (254) & Mancherial (258). He served as Chairman of South Multiple Council for the 2017-18 District 137 could achieve highest life membership of 338 till March 2021 record in AACI. He served our organization as International Director 2 times during 2018-19 & 2019-20. He was the chairman for schooling to DG, VDG's at International convention held in March 2019 at Jaipur and at Goa in March 2020. He served as advisor to International President during 2021-22. Now, he is serving as Intl. PRO(2022-23).
He served in government in the capacity of A.E.E and D.E.E in R&D department. he has been as active Life member of serval organizations like Indian ROads Congress, Institution of Engineers, Institution of Town Planner of India etc.

FAMILY : Ally Er D. Bala Gangadhara Shastry is happily married to ally Vinoda Rani and blessed with sons Adithya, Bhageerath & Jayanth. They all are technocrats.
